Last week, Pastor Hatchet from Camp Joy in Whitewater, Wisconsin called to chat and see how things were progressing at Servant’s heart Camp. He started by telling me that they prayed for Servant’s Heart Camp during their staff meeting that morning. That was a huge blessing to realize that Camp Joy is praying for us. Although Camp Joy is a MUCH larger and older camp, they have had many major challenges in their families and ministry. They have remained true to our great God and are even reaching out to others in need. Thank you Camp Joy; you are a blessing!

Pastor Hatchet gave me several ideas about things that they do at Camp Joy. He told me about the “needs list” that they publish and how many people enjoy helping with those needs. Although many of our needs are construction related, I sat down to make a list. Perhaps, you have some of these items or know of an excellent place to buy them.
