Family Camp has become one of the favorite camps of the staff at Servant’s Heart. They simply love serving families as they play together, pray together, and purpose to grow together. At least one staff member is assigned to each family that comes to Family Camp, and that staff member will help in any way possible. They will stay with napping children, help in the lunch lines, take your children to fun games, or just get out of your way so you can have some time as a family. Each day has some activities that are enjoyed together as a family and other activities that are age-specific. There are four different age groups to ensure that there is something for everyone. The age groups are nursery, juniors, teens/young adults, and parents.

Cost

All prices include two nights, seven meals, two snacks and all activities.

In Our Cabin

$160.00 per adults (12 and older)
$80.00 per child (4 – 11)
Free are free (3 and under)

The minimum fee for a family in a cabin is $400.00
The maximum fee for an immediate family in a cabin is $575.00

In Your RV or Tent

$90.00 per adults (12 and older)
$45.00 per child (4 – 11)
Free are free (3 and under)

The maximum fee for an immediate family in a tent or RV is $375.00

Camp sites have 30 or 50 amp electrical service, water, and a place to dump or hook directly.

Please note: If you stay in a tent, you will not have a place to showers unless you make arrangements with some friends that are in a cabin or RV.

Details

Bring: Bible, pen, bedding, pillows, towels, washcloths, personal items, swimming clothes, clothes for evening services, high chairs, and cribs

Dress: In order to maintain modesty and consistency, we ask that you abide by the following standards while at camp.

Ladies: Skirts that cover the knee and loose-fitting blouses or dresses for the evening services. Loose-fitting pants or loose-fitting knee-length shorts/culottes may be worn for all other activities. No low or sleeveless tops. Dark clothing required for lake activities (dark T-shirt and knee-length shorts).

Men: Casual pants (not jeans) and collared shirts required for evening services. Knee-length shorts, pants, or jeans may be worn for all other activities. Dark clothing required for lake activities.

Registration: Registration is from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on the first day of camp. The camp will conclude at 4:00 p.m. on the last day of camp.

SHC Staff: One staff member will be assigned to each family. The staff member can stay with your napping child, help in the food lines, or assist your family in any way possible. The staff loves to serve you.

Program: Some of the activities and sessions throughout the week will be age specific, while other activities will be designed for the entire family.

Lost and Found: Lost items not requested within one week after camp will be appropriately donated or discarded.
