The Young at Heart Retreat is an overnight event for our friends who are 55 years old and older. The evening on June 5 provides time to relax around a campfire, have a snack, and hear a devotional thought. The day on June 6 includes two meals, skits, special music, preaching, wagon rides, the Lakeglide, and many other activities. Because several of our friends come from many hours away and have a full day planned, we offer an overnight option for this event.

Pastor Mark Rohnke
Pastor Mark Rohnke has been the senior pastor of Missionary Bible Baptist Church in Hanover, PA, for over 26 years. He has been in full-time ministry with his wife Hanna for over 35 years.
We believe you will appreciate both his preaching ministry and his kind spirit.
Overnight Couple
Option - June 5 and 6
Cost: $110 per couple
You may come between 6:00 and 8:30 on Thursday evening and join us for a devotional and a light snack around the campfire.
At about 8:00 a.m. on Friday, the staff will deliver coffee, tea, and granola bars to your cabins. That should be just enough to hold you until brunch.
At 8:45 a.m. we will have some optional activities available for you until the other guests arrive.
Couples will have a private cabin with a queen bed.
This option includes…
- A light snack and devotional around the campfire on Thursday evening, June 5
- Lodging in a private cabin with a queen bed on Thursday night
- All linens and towels
- Granola bars and coffee or tea on Friday morning
- Two meals on Friday, June 6
- All activities on Friday
Overnight Individual
Option - June 5 and 6
Cost: $45 per individual
You may come between 6:00 and 8:30 on Thursday evening and join us for a devotional and a light snack around the campfire.
At about 8:00 a.m. on Friday, the staff will deliver coffee, tea, and granola bars to your cabins. That should be just enough to hold you until brunch.
At 8:45 a.m. we will have some optional activities available for you until the other guests arrive.
Men will be staying in a cabin with other men, and ladies will be staying in a cabin with other ladies.
You must provide your own towels and linens.
