Last week, we visited two colleges to recruit staff for this coming summer. I think the response may have been slightly better than some of the previous years. We will wait for a month or two and observe that response and plan another recruitment trip if needed.

I have often said that it is more important to have a great staff than a great evangelist. Obviously, I would love to have a great staff and a great evangelist. I do believe that our counselors can have an equal or greater impact upon lives than the evangelist. If you know of folks that would be interesting in a summer of serving, please have them contact us. We can use counselors, kitchen staff, operational staff, grounds staff, construction staff, and a secretary.
