Currently, the property does not have any utilities. We met with the power company, and they told us it may cost $50,000 – $60,000 to bring the utilities in our driveway. If, however, we could bring the power from Route 253, it would be relatively inexpensive. To bring the utilities from route 253, we would need the approval from the Houtzdale Rails to Trails and another property owner. We have talked to the Houtzdale Rails to Trail and to another landowner.
