We have considered having an official PA Hunter-Safety Course for the friends of Servant’s Heart Camp. On Saturday morning during our recent men’s retreat, Conservation Office, Chris Ivicic visited the camp and described the program he would be willing to do for us. In addition to the classroom training, he would also do the “hands-on” portion of the course. The hands-on portion includes safe gun handling and identification and also laser shooting. We are tentatively thinking of having the course in September of 2017. The course would start on Friday evening and conclude on Saturday evening. This course would not be open to the public, so we only want to schedule this course if we have a minimum of 25 people that are interested in taking the course.
