For many years, the kitchen staff has been using a 10-quart Hobart mixer.  In recent years it was simply not big enough for conveniently making strombolis, homemade breads, and many other items.  Near the end of last year, Lancaster Independent Baptist gave us money to buy a 20-quart mixer.  Because the old Hobart served us so well, we began looking for a good used Hobart.  We were finally high bidder at a restaurant auction last month.  Someone picked it up for us and as of this week, we finally have it in our kitchen.  It will be a huge blessing to the kitchen staff this summer.
