Details
Registration
Registration is from 1:30 – 2:30 on Monday afternoon. At the registration table, we will be collecting campers’ medications, electronics (with the sole exception of cameras), and money. None of these items should go to the cabins on the camper’s person or in his or her luggage.
Pick-up
Family and friends are invited to join us for the final rally at 9:45 on Saturday morning as well as for brunch at 10:45. The cost for the brunch is $4.00 for non-campers. If you would like to pick up your teens after everything is completed, you may pick them up at 11:30.
Bring
Bible, pen, sleeping bag or sheets for a twin mattress, pillow, towel, washcloth, personal items, jacket, flashlight, sneakers, clothes for evening services, rugged clothing, spending money for camp store (optional), and lots of enthusiasm.
Do NOT Bring
Tobacco, alcoholic beverages, vapes, drugs, electronics (except cameras), playing cards, magazines, knives, guns, fireworks, cell phones, smart watches, Fitbits, selfishness, or a bad attitude.
Camper Dress
In order to maintain modesty and consistency, we ask that you abide by the following standards while at camp.
- All clothing must be loose-fitting.
- No sleeveless or low tops, no exposed shoulders or backs, and no writing on the back of shorts/pants.
- All dresses, shorts, culottes, skirts, etc. must be at least knee-length. They must touch the floor when kneeling.
Girls: Dresses or skirts and blouses (no T-shirts) required for evening services. Slits may not go above the knee. Pants, shorts, or culottes may be worn for other activities. Leggings may not be worn alone as pants. A one-piece swimsuit should be worn under dark clothing for water activities. Swim skirts that are knee length may be worn instead of dark shorts or pants for water activities.
Guys: Casual pants (no jeans) and collared shirts required for evening services. Shorts, pants, or jeans and a shirt with sleeves may be worn for all other activities. Dark clothing should be worn for water activities.
*The staff reserves the right to ask any camper to change clothing.*
Telephones
Campers will not have access to phones except for emergencies. If you have an emergency message that needs to be delivered to your child, please call (814) 497-4100 or (717) 808-7992.
Medications
All prescription and non-prescription medications as well as supplements must be turned in to the camp nurse at registration.
Lost and Found
Lost items not requested within one week after summer camp will be appropriately donated or discarded.
