On Monday, October 6, we are scheduled for an Appeal Hearing at the Clearfield County Courthouse. We have requested Property Tax Exemption Under the Pennsylvania Constitution provision to confer tax-exempt status on “institutions of purely public charity.” We feel very confident that we meet all the criteria for property tax exemption, but the hearing on Monday will be the final determination.
