As of today, we have the building permits and all the approvals to build 10 cabins. The sites for the five guy cabins were prepared during the work days in October. The sites for the five girl cabins should be ready within a week. (see picture)
In a step of faith, the board has decided to begin building the first six cabins as soon as possible. The problem we are facing, however, is that the mason needs a week of temperatures in the 30s to lay the foundations. The highest temperature in the 10 day forecast for Ramey is 25 degrees. We were hoping to get the cabins started before spring. We are considering the feasibility of putting a heated tent over each cabin until we have the foundations finished. If you know of a mason that would enjoy a challenge, have him contact us.
