Work Days

It is a huge amount of work each fall to take down the game tent, equipment tent, and dining tent. In addition, we put away the games, canoes, kayaks and lots of other stuff that we use during the summer. With over 25 people working, however, we were able to gets everything put away. We were also able to complete several other projects this weekend. The workers reminded me of the people helping Nehemiah build the wall that had a “mind to work.”
A very special “THANK YOU” to each one that helped.
As you can see in the picture, the ladies scrubbed the panels of the games tent and hug them up to dry in the dining tent.

Work Days

It is that sad time of year when we take down the dining tent, the game tent, and the equipment tent and pack them away for the winter. There are also lots of other projects that we would like to accomplish this weekend. If you are able to help one, two, or three days, please let us know. We will provide the food and lodging, and you have the opportunity for some fellowship while doing some work projects. Those dates are Thursday, September 13 through Saturday, September 15. We would love to hear from you!
